Just give us a ring & we’ll arrange to collect your rugs (or any other items eg. travel boots, numnahs, dog or cat beds) at a time convenient to you, either at home or at a designated Pick Up Point. All items are carefully tagged while in our care to ensure none of your precious items go astray! They are air-dried, to prevent shrinking, & returned to you neatly packaged within an agreed timescale. You can choose whether or not to have rugs reproofed , although we do recommend outdoor rugs are reproofed at least annually to retain their effectiveness against our Scottish weather!
